This is not strictly retro gaming news as it is a brand new game. But it is based on the classic Double Dragon series which first came out in the 80’s, so it is retro enough 😉
Billy and Jimmy Lee are back and are now joined by Marian and newcomer Uncle Matin as extra players. Marian is a gun fighter so great for ranged combat, and Uncle Matin carries a riot-shield to get up close and personal. The game is set in the 1990’s and nuclear war has ruined New York City leaving the residents to fight for survival. Gangs have taken rule of the city and the now quad-crew are back to take control and get rid of the gangs.
