I’ve had a Neo Geo Pocket Colour for a few years now and the main reason I have not played it so much is the awful screen. While not as bad as the WonderSwan, you do need to be under a fairly good light to see anything. With camera lights shining on it, it’s playable, but in normal light it’s pretty bad. So it’s time for an LCD upgrade!
This is not an install tutorial, just some commentary on how I installed the replacement IPS display, with some mistakes and suggestions for how it could be installed better if you do it.
